Rahim looked older than his age with gray beard, wrinkled face and pale eyes.
It was hot and humid day so he sat outside his shop looking at the surrounding.
The shop was his only means of livelihood & the sewing machine his only source of income.
He was a tailor by profession. His family was known for their craftsmanship.
His great great grandfather used to stitch clothes for the Royal family of Mewar but now, he lived destitute.
He continued looking outside the shop, observing the people. All of them were wearing factory made clothes.
He said aloud to himself “the art of custom-made shirt is replaced by thousands of factory made clothes”
He didn’t had any customer from past few weeks and was worried about paying shop’s rent.
While he was preoccupied in his self worry, he saw a familiar car approaching his shop.
The car stopped in front of the shop.
Ram Seth Ji was his regular costumer for years.
He ordered 3 shirts. Suddenly, Rahim was rejuvenated with enthusiasm and sense of purpose.
Ram Seth Ji sat down in his car.
The driver asked him where do you want to go – home or factory?
He replied ‘Factory‘
Several minutes later, the car entered a mammoth factory which had a board ‘Ram Mills, India’s #1 Ready made garment brand‘

My dad convinced me to get a tailor made shirt. Initially, I was a bit hesitant but later, became a lifetime fan..
