Motivation level has its ups and down.
Sometime, I think I can do anything while sometime, I think I can’t do anything.
Some days, I think I’m a winner while some day,s I think I’m a loser.
Majority of people have lows and highs. Even people like Robin Sharma must have days when his motivation level is low and he doesn’t want to do anything except to sleep all day.
What should we do to get out of the current state of mind –
Firstly, write your “GOALS”
For instance, I need to remind my self of my goal in the life.
My short term goal is to get admission in Ivy League College.
My Long term goal is to start my own company.
It’s important to share your goals with everyone around you. Sharing helps to increase the accountability.
I’m sharing my Goal on my blog so that every time I feel beaten up & lost, I would come back & read this blog.
Secondly, look at the “Big picture”
Think, 5 years from now or 10 years from now or 15 years from now, will the current problem matters?
If it won’t, stop worrying about it.
If it will, deal with it.
